Greg began working in kitchens from a young age where he developed his skills and passion for food. For the last fifteen years he has been working with market leading event caterers planning and delivering everything from celebrity parties, intimate royal gatherings, product launches, awards dinners and large and small scale events for all the major blue chip companies.

Our Commitment

We have made a commitment to only source Red Tractor Assured meat, Certified Sustainable seafood, free range eggs and locally sourced seasonal produce wherever possible. We shall ensure that we regularly review our ingredients lists and make continual improvements. We only use eco packaging that is recyclable or biodegradable.
